Born on December 16, 1922. Passed peacefully at the Fairview Manor in Almonte, ON, on October 31, 2018 in her 96th year. Wilma was born in Back Bay, NB to Merrill and Lavinia Hooper but spent most of her adult life in St. Andrews, NB. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Lee and her son Francis Lee, her twin brother Stillman (Elizabeth) Hooper, sister Leona (baby), sister Shirley (Donald) Cooke and niece Donna (Bruce) Justason. She is survived by her daughter, Eileen (Bob) Spinney, granddaughters Heather (Shawn) Sutherland and Angela Spinney, grandson, Derek (Samantha) Lee, great-granddaughter Hannah Sutherland and great-grandson Damian Lee and niece Doreen (Leroy) Stuart. She was a loving mother, grandmother and GG who truly loved life and made new friends wherever she went. She lived on Garden Walk at Fairview Manor for the last six and a half months. Sincere thanks to all the caring and compassionate staff at the Manor and special thanks to Dr. Matthew Tiffany for his kindness and support. A Celebration of Life service will be held in the Spring in St. Andrews, NB. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Fairview Manor Auxiliary.
