Born in Verdun, Quebec,
Politician and long-time musical director of Pakenham and Almonte, Ontario.
In her 90th year.
Beloved wife for almost 67 years to the late Bob. Loving mother to her children Paige, Bronwen Stacey, Wesley (Carol) and the late Corrie Halstead (the late Jason). Proud “Gramma” to Adam Pugh (Kayla), Eric Pugh (Danielle), Jack Rochon, Claire Rochon, Gwyneth Rochon and great-grandmother to Hannah Pugh. Remembered by all of her family and many friends. Donations in memory of Thora may be made to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation or the charity of your choice. A special thank-you to the medical staff and caregivers from Orchardview by the Mississippi and the Almonte General Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care.

Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 1pm to 4pm with a Blessing with Recognitions to occur at 3pm.
